How the manga of My Hero Academia compares with the anime

Poster of My Hero Academia

My Hero Academia is a anime series about a society of superpower humans where 80% of the population has superpowers. Being that it started as a manga series it has a lot of similarity with the original source material. This is a reason why some people are able to go from anime to manga during break periods. It helps the series stay active for the manga and keep fans overall excited to see it in the anime next. Here will be my top 3 reasons on how the anime and manga compare to each other for My Hero Academia.

1. The Art Style

The art style is quite unique to my hero academia and this is something shared between before manga and anime of the series. When looking at both of these side by side you can see the how the style resembles between each of these. This is mostly due to Studio Bones taking in time and effort towards producing the anime in a way where it shares the same style of the manga and many studios do this. It something that resembles the series and its great. While looking at certain arcs that the series does just looking at each you can see the how well they look with each other. (As seen below)

2. The Pacing

It is seen commonly where in anime where the pacing eventually exceeds the manga and starts to just go based on its own story. Dragon Ball Super as an example the manga and anime version do completely different arcs in different ways then what the other does. This usually happens due to how the animation studio and studios that manage the series decide to do. This is the same for many other series, My Hero Academia has tended to keep the pacing the same keeping the story of the manga the same as the anime. Pretty much what you are watching is what you could be reading is a simple way of putting it.

3. The Dialogue

Going little off number 2 of this list but the dialogue in both manga and anime of My Hero Academia is pretty much the same. Though being there’s different translation for the manga there sometimes tend to be bigger changes of dialogue but this is also the same for the English dub and sub for the anime. The anime tends to make it bit more suitable being that it airs in Japan. But most Dialogue is more of the same still giving the same feeling that what you may read in the anime. That manly is the most important part that it gives the same feeling and same effect that you would read in the manga.

In the end how different manga and anime can be when it comes to the series they are coming from that’s when they become most similar to each other. It all depends on what series when they are being compared. This is only just my thoughts on why these may compare to one another. There is may be many reasons on why the compare to one another. If so check out the series yourself, give it a shot and see if you share my opinion of these similarities.
